Our Story

Hi! I'm Cesia, the creator of Ketzia Bakes. At 33 years old, I'm a joyful wife and mother of two beautiful girls, with a passion for cooking and an even greater love for baking.My journey began at 15 when I took my first baking class and gifted everyone cakes for Christmas. Life took me through high school, college, marriage, and motherhood, where I earned a degree in Biology and welcomed my first daughter.In 2015, my passion for baking reignited, leading me to start a small home business with healthy desserts. By 2016, I co-founded a Vegan Restaurant and eventually took full responsibility, learning extensively alongside experienced bakers. Balancing multiple roles, I realized it was overwhelming, so we sold the restaurant in early 2020. After moving from Puerto Rico to Greensboro, North Carolina, and growing my family, my love for baking returned in 2023, and I knew I had to embrace it again.
